Team happiness/bonding is a huge priority for us which we maintain by doing regular BBQ breakfast catch ups, team activities such as fishing charters, golf afternoons, an EOFY trip to Fraser Island and more! We value our team and their wellbeing is our main priority - we DO NOT do 24/7 on call work and do not work weekends - everyone deserves a break!
We do not pump our team with excess overtime (unless they request it). We have a commercial warehouse based in Arana Hills and two full time office girls available to assist our field team at all times!
